Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong product shipped). We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the product.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will process the exchange as a new order and ship the new product to you. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
